Under new management since July 2014, Jerry's Shoes has a wide range and variety of shoes for ladies, men and children.

For the Ladies we have an extensive range of summer sandals. We also have joggers, work shoes and the latest fashion footwear. We also stock jewellery, handbags, fascinators and clutch bags.

For the Men we have a selection of sandals, dress shoes, joggers and work boots.

We also stock travel luggage and shoe accessories for repairs, protection and comfort.

How does one get served in this store??.... This is the third time I have visited the shop and still yet to be acknowledged let alone served! Despite there being two staff members both at once serving the only other customer in the store I did three slow laps of the shop, stopping, handling shoes, craning my neck to look over staff's shoulders....not one acknowledgment. There needs to be some serious customer service training here guys. I always like to buy local first, but you've lost me sorry.
This shoe shop has lovely shoes. I like going to look, has they have a range of modern shoes. The people that work there a nice & helpful
If you've bought defective goods, or it becomes defective within a short period of time after purchase and is unfit for its purpose, you can get a refund even if there's a sign saying, “no refund”. You can get a refund if you paid by cash or credit, but cash refunds are only available if you paid in cash. The above is copy and pasted from a Queensland Government Website. Jerry's Shoes don't abide by this rules. They like to refuse refunds for defective goods. Buyer beware. The personal attitude of the lady manager leaves a lot to be desired. Her exact words "I don't care !". By the way, I ended up getting a refund, but not through her willingness.
Very unfriendly. If you give the appearance of contempt ladies you will lose customers. My friend is so sweet she still bought shoes from you. Personally l'm surprised your still in business. Nothing beats being greeted with a smile. Sorry but wont come back.
Very poor customer service....tried to return a couple of pairs of socks as my husband picked up the wrong size, none in his size so I asked if I could have a refund....only to be told I could only have store credit and sales assistant rattled on about COVID restrictions...seriously COVID is a lame excuse!!! No wonder we are all turning to online shopping or the big stores like Big W, you think if you shopped local they would bend over backwards to keep your service. Jerry’s shoes just isn’t the same, you’ve lost our business that’s for sure.
Great store and helpful staff, the young bloke who works there occasionally is quite good looking too
Had exactly what I was looking for and the price was fair. Only a couple of dollars more than on line with service and no delivery charges!
