As a tenant I DO NOT recommend going through Jensen property. We had to cancel our lease early, paid all the necessary fees and waited nearly 4 months (still paying rent weekly) and still they could not find someone to take over our lease. The owners ended up taking over from Jensen property and found new tenants within a week. Just goes to show how little effort Jensen put into finding new tenants. If it wasn't for the owners taking over the management of the property we would be fighting for the bond back as well.  I do not recommend Jensen to property owners or tenants. Also in the time that we rented with them we had 4 different property managers all who had a different opinion on what day our rent was due. The property manager was continually changing and most of the time we did not know which one we were talking to.

Appalling service! All buyers, sellers, investors and tenants beware. Truly one of the most shameful experiences with an agency so far and am not surprised so many others agree within the community. The poor review rating speaks for itself.

I was Interested to buy vacant land on 26 boobook street, Rocklea. The block of land seemed cheap as it was located only 10Km away from the city. I asked Kenneth if there was any flooding on the property. Kenneth Insisted that there was flooding on the street but not on the land. I was very close giving deposit when I decided to do some more research on vacant land. I gained information from the council and in the report it showed me the land was underwater over 4Meters. Don't go with Jensen property they are un-trustworthy who want nothing but money!

Paid our bond 4 weeks earlier. Moving Day cleaners were in our property. Lawns up to our knees. Three weeks on many emails backwards and forwards with no help. They rented out a property that was listed as having fans in all rooms and aircon well this wasn’t the case. Once we were living in the property the oven door didn’t shut, toilet leaks sewage all over the floor, ants throughout the property, no fan in each room, both aircons didn’t work, no tv antenna, phone line to the property. The list just goes on and on. We are going on three weeks and still have no help! Every person that has walked through the property has said they are the worst agent to deal with..... never would I ever recommend them!!!

Tried to screw me out of my bond but finally coughed up the full amount. Apart from that great to deal with and not too full on with rent inspections.
