Myself and our guests thought the cake chocolate & vanilla mix was absolutely DELICIOUS! I have had cakes made at Jennifer Anne's a few times and was a little worried when I had seen they were under new management. I shouldn't have been the girls were amazing. At fairly last minute I ordered a two tear chocolate raspberry mud cake for my daughter's 21st and they were so accommodating. The cake was magnificent both to look at and to eat. Thanks so much ladies, we'll be back for sure.
I first encountered Jennifer Anne's cakes last year when my original cake-maker pulled out of making my daughter's 1st birthday cake which worked out for the best!. I was very happy with the service, both over the phone and in person, they had taken their time with me and were more than happy to discuss all the details of the cake to ensure that I was happy. Picking up the cake was quick and simple. It exceeded my expectations, it was more like a mini wedding cake than a 1st birthday cake! We absolutely loved it. Everyone at the party complimented the cake saying it was so yummy and just stunning to look at. Thank you so much and we will soon be ordering our daughter's 2nd birthday cake for sure!
The birthday cake I ordered for my Grandson was perfect, it looked fantastic and was very yummy. The cake lasted for over a week and still tasted really good, with no need to refrigerate. The ordering process was very smooth and it's my understanding Anthony was the chef. I have no reservations at all in recommending.
I attended the popup bake sale run by the lovely ladies at Jenn's cakes. The service with a smile is unmatched, not to mention every single cupcake I bought was to die for. Thank you ladies!
Such a Wonderful place, both Jenny and Anthony were very helpfully with the design of my birthday cake a few years ago. They have also been invaluable in helping me every time I have come in lost and try to make my own cakes from home. Can't rate this place highly enough : Such wonderful people.
Rude customer service over the phone and also when being picked it up the staff were fighting with each other. The cake was TINY, they should put dimensions on their website so other people don't get this hilarious shock, also the cake was dry and crunchy it seemed like the sugar hadn't been mixed in properly. Aside from that the cake was beautiful in presentation.
