I cannot express how helpful and professional Jellis Craig Rentals have been. Our contact was Jessica Young and her engagement with our needs was exceptional. Always bubbly and a true listener to concerns. She always responded as fast as possible to handle queries and actions required. Isabella Perre has been exemplary since taking over as my property manager in August. I find her to be dedicated and extremely proactive in her communication and prompt responses towards issues as they arise. This hasn't been the easiest of properties at present, and however distressing, she has made sure I am heard, shown me great respect and been genuinely concerned for my welfare as a tenant. As I'm sure she has shown the same professionalism to all other parties involved. I am reassured and look forward to continue my tenancy with Isabella as my property manager.
