Marie McMenemy is an outstanding agent who is always very professional, hardworking and a pleasure to deal with. She answers communications very promptly, is highly experienced and goes out of her way to assist in all matters. Her easy rapport also finds favour with potential buyers and she continues to contact those who have made offers to obtain the best results for her clients. As I was an interstate seller, Marie made the sale process very easy by advising suitable tradespeople, conveyancers and staging companies in Brisbane and obtaining quotes for me. She even went out of her way to deal with some matters during her holidays. The end result was a higher price than I was expecting, so many thanks to Marie. Highly recommended.

We've had to break our lease, and Jeff Jones is advertising our 2 bedroom apartment as a 3 bedroom, while increasing the wanted rent by $100 per week. No response to any of our questions. No consideration that people have busy lives and don't want their time wasted going to an inspection for a 3 bedroom apartment that is missing an entire fictional bedroom.

I had a truly disappointing experience with a real estate agent who proved to be highly unprofessional and unreliable. Their lack of responsiveness and disregard for timely communication left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a client. Trust and reliability are crucial in the real estate industry, and unfortunately, this agency fell short in every aspect.  Throughout the entire process, I made multiple attempts to reach out via email, but I never received a single response. This lack of communication was frustrating and made the already complex transaction even more challenging. Buying or selling a property is a major life decision, and it requires the support and guidance of a competent and reliable real estate agent.

I recently purchased a property through Jeff Jones Real Estate. Marie was very professional, responsive and organised. Her communication was exceptional. She was proactive in all aspects of the process to make sure that the purchase and settlement proceeded smoothly.  Most importantly she was easy to deal with, open and honest.  I would highly recommend Marie and Jeff Jones Real Estate to any seller or buyer.

Unsuccessful in my application for a rooming accommodation room, for $270pw. I was then phoned the next week by someone purporting to be from JJRE asking if I would consider paying $350pw for a room with "an elderly gentleman".  I should reiterate that I was told that this elderly gentleman was specifically looking for young women to rent to, and I immediately said that I was incredibly uncomfortable with this as well as the ridiculous rent. To their credit, I have not been contacted again.  Needless to say, it has been hard to sleep in my car, but better that than dealing with this kind of situation and attempts made to take advantage of me and my desperation to find a secure and private room to sleep in.

I couldn't be more greattfull for the support I received from all the staff at Jeff Jones whilst being in the process of moving into one of their accommodations. They deserve nothing less than five stars and a box of chocolates. Thank you staff at Jeff Jones for a smooth and successful application process.

As a first time seller based interstate, I wanted someone who I could trust and who would be thorough and professional. Marie was all of this in spades. She communicated clearly and explained everything I needed to know to make the process as smooth as I could’ve hoped. I was using Jeff Jones real estate to manage my properties.  3 in total, Recently the communication, and management skills of this rental team have a lot to be desired.  For instance, a tenant introduced a dog into the property.  I requested the dog to be removed as this was formaly writen into the lease not to allow dogs, they did nothing, no conversation was passed onto the tenant.Than 2 months on, the tenant moved out and there where poo stains and flee's throughout the unit..  Apparently this is my problem.  I have seeked legal action against the tenants and against Jeff for there miss managedment....
