What more can be said other than a truly unique experience that is available for all ages any time of the day but it's important that you take time to stop every now and then to take it all in,breath in the smells of the clean air admire the wildlife listen to the sounds of the rainforest a little bit of time to explore the wonderful scenery of the city of the Gold Coast from many viewing areas along the way
A short walk from the Burleigh Heads entry to the National park this lookout offers panoramic views up and down the coast as well as out to sea. During the winter months you’re likely to see whales as they migrate from Antarctica to warmer waters. The track is paved however there are quite a few steps and it is uneven in places, but definitely worthwhile. Refuel afterwards at one of the many cafes in Burleigh.
The landscape is magnificent but you need to climb for a few minutes to get to the deck.
Plenty of parking lots but do go early in the morning as it can get crowded later in the daynDo note that the trail starts at the parking lot area, don’t make the same mistake as me by just following the mapnThe walk itself around 1km to view both the Jeddibrum and tumgun lookoutnIf you’re more adventurous you can choose to walk the entire trail
Very nice lookoout. The way there leads through the national park. From the lookout you have a very nice view of the sea and with a bit of luck you can spot some whales.
