Helpful staff. The shop has a wide variety of pool supplies. Products and services can be expensive.

Jc Pools have been a great help to our family over the last 7-8 years we have used them. What a great family business and it shows. They have always been on time with a friendly / helpful attitude.

Charged hundreds and could not determine wether the sand in the pool was from the filter or another source

This pool service is located near to my house so they are handy for pool testing but I have experienced numerous difficulties with them. Both the father and son lose their temper when something goes wrong with a product or when a client complains; it takes weeks from a booking of a pool clean for them to come out; they are expensive (with items such as toys over double the price you would pay at KMart or Bunnings); they do not sell replacement hoses for all the cleaners they sell and it is difficult to find replacements elsewhere. Overall, recommend them for pool water testing and the odd item when you are stuck on a weekend but don't rely on them for your main items.
