I am not the owner and not related in any way to them. Me and my wife were very satisfied about the quality and service when buying our wedding rings there. The owner is usually a very nice and polite man, but he is straight forward (as most Europeans are) and this could sound sometime rude. Every time we went in after he was also polite and gave us any information we need or helped us with any (jewelry) issue.

The quality of the work was great. Owners were lovely. We struggled getting a gift for a friend and they were very happy to help. Can't wait to give the gift.

Have been getting jewellery altered, repaired and purchased new items from this business since they first opened. I cannot emphasis how excellent the service and quality of workmanship is. Have picked up today an antique brooch that was beautifully restored. Genuinely quoted and as per every other time I have used them the work has been of the highest quality. I'm always so happy with any dealings with this firm that I use them exclusively for anything to do with jewellery. I have had engraving done that is perfect, rings sized, jewellery cleaned, watch repairs the list goes on and NEVER a problem and would recommend them everytime. Bridget Goulding.

Terrible go elsewhere, drove from Darwin to visit family over Christmas, quoted $600 for a matching diamond and claw fix, come back a week later to drop ring in and the price goes up to $729 and with a lesser quality diamond than the other 6 in my ring. I could have done in Melbourne but naively trusted this bad jeweller and now can’t get fixed for very long time as we on road for weeks. Extremely disappointed with the service here! Very rude man. Argued with me in front of another customer that his original quote was more. Very bad service. The 2 reviews with 5 stars is from the owners themselves just check the name.

Horrible. Took watch in for glass repair and battery replacement and came back with Date function not working. Did not accept responsibility and fix. Also had pendant in for engraving which was mutilated by an amateur engraver. Still charged for it. Go elsewhere!
