So amazing to go somewhere with staff who really know their stuff and are helpful!!! After almost buying a Garmin watch at Officeworks silly, I know!, I decided to go to JB Hi-Fi instead. Night and day! The JB Hi-Fi staff were knowledgeable, keen to help, made recommendations based on what I was looking for AND they had a great price. I couldn't be happier. They also offer extended warranties. Definitely a great spot for electronics shopping.
Really good service and competitive pricing, I have been shopping around and finally landed at JB which was ultimately a great decision. I believe the customer service representative that assisted me was Amy who instantly understood what I was searching for and guided me in the right direction. I can't recommend this store enough and will be returning here in the future.
Really bad customer service experience in this store. Bought an iPhone 14 pro max. Sales person was enthusiastic to sell I assume they get commissions? but as soon as the sale was put through, he became rude and just walked off without answering my queries on when its likely for the phone to arrive. Waited 2 months now, and the phone has still not arrived even though I paid full $2099 already. 0 after sale service and the staff is not bothered to help at all in any way.
Absolutely amazing service from Amy and Bronte from AV and german guy, really friedndly store, got a lovely discount on this last minute gift. Also just had to take a picture in front of the best 'pokemon cards' wall ever!
Can only really comment on the vinyl section. The guy who seems to run that area is lovely and a real legend. Genuinely wants to assist and help out where he can. Great selection of new vinyl. Better than other JB stores for some reason.
Customer representative who served me was friendly, knowledgeable and highly efficient. I was attended to less than 10 seconds after entering a busy shop and it took him less than 60 seconds to determine their chain of outlets does not stock my particular Motorola phone cover and i need to get it online. Thanks mate!
Great staff, everything in one store, don't take kids enjoy the whole experience and bargains. Staff always friendly but remember, they deal with idiots all day, so be kind and polite.
Ok JB. The only negative thing about these stores is the security guards always make you feel like a criminal... just makes the whole shopping experience pretty flat. But they have a pretty good range of stuff.
Big maze of bargains, the store seamed to go on forever with each shelf way over-stocked. But I ges that's a good thing, A bit lite on staff tho. The no uniforms thing makes it very difficult to find someone who works there, but wen ya do ther very knowledgeable with everything...
Good bargains, wide selection. Can get very busy and hard to find staff member for advice. I feel like everyone is in a hurry whenever I visit this shop, which can be overwhelming..
