A great store with outstanding customer service. Would highly recommend other people to going to this store for electronics. They have a wide range and the customer service is great. When they told me they were out of an item they told me other places to get it which were very helpful. They were also really nice. Thank you for the great experience!

Needed assistance with finding an album I could not find anywhere else. I was assisted by David who was very quick and whom I had a wonderful conversation with. Being a retired flight attendant, David should be one too seeing how attractive he is and his beautiful smile. Staff at the counter were very quite lovely as well. The best JB Hi-Fi I've ever been to.

Visited the store to return faulty Beats headphones. I had no receipt and didn't even remember when I bought them. It took Chris & Anton over 30 minutes to get the details and they arranged a replacement for me. Outstanding customer service Highly recommend

Went into JB HI-FI Chase the other day to purchase a new laptop. I knew what I needed, so was looking for fairly quick service. Was served by Nick, he provided excellent, timely, and professional service.

I won’t go on any other branch of JB Hi-Fi except in Chatswood Chase. It’s massive and I can find even the oldest Korean movie. It’s well arranged and the staff are very helpful and attentive.

Very friendly, not that crowded, compared to the JB hifi at Westfield in Chatswood.  Customer service is good, all staffs and personnel are very kind and nice.  Size is quite smaller than chatswood Westfield but I prefer here more.

I just want to thank the managers James and Luke who are very helpful in purchasing my new s22 mobile ,  friendly attitude and the knowledge of products and smooth buying experience, will suggest people to buy their electric products in Chatswood chase jbhifi

After visiting this store twice I can say I won't be back. Staff are reluctant to help and have a bad attitude. They're keen to get you out, treated us like an inconvenience and a general nuisance despite coming in with a product in mind and just wanting to purchase it, not even asking for any info. I can understand why people turn to appliances online as they're quick, polite and usually cheaper. I don't even know how they're still open or have any customers.

Recently bought a pair of the Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless headphones in Silver from here which wouldn't have been possible without the excellent customer service provided to me by employee Callum. Their staff were super helpful in organising the transfer of the last pair of those headphones in the silver colour from another JB Hi-Fi store to their store for pick-up, which really made it convenient for me to get. I really appreciate all the assistance! JB Hi-Fi Chatswood Chase is the best
