Good store, however the salesperson used some clever word play to coax me into purchasing an extended warranty. I agreed to it for the effort which is fine and it didn't cost that much more. Admittedly I didn't ask the right questions either. However the approach was sneaky and people should be aware.
JB Hi-Fi Roselands offers exceptional customer service with friendly and knowledgeable staff, always eager to assist customers. The store is well-organized, providing a seamless shopping experience. Highly recommended for their excellent service and organized layout.
