Came for a phone, they took ages to set up a plan that would cost me only 99/month of I switch to Telstra.nnAfter taking about an hour. I had to pay 1096 dollars, so I don't know where that amount came from. And I have to still go to two different suburbs for picking a proper case and screen protector.
Absolutely amazing returns process Paul, Noah, Wes and Dev went out of their way to help us! We have brought an iPad only to find out 2 weeks later the newer model had a price drop. The team was fully supportive of us returning and exchanged for the newer model for us. Dev even walked us through the process of removing the old device from find my iPad.nCouldn’t recommend this team enough
Staff at this store pretty disinterested in customer service whatsoever, lots of them standing around but no one approaches to help despite trying to make eye contact and ask for assistance. In comparison with the chadstone store where the team was super helpful and personable. Weird
Last week I went to trade my PS5 games, and I wanted to mention that the lady at the counter provided exceptional customer service. She was really helpful and made the experience excellent!!
The staff were super friendly and really went out of their way to help us find the perfect product! They took the time to understand our preferences and needs, which made the whole experience enjoyable.
