Most items are over priced compared to competition. If you are shopping for computer goods it's typically a better idea to shop at a local computer store. I would only recommend shopping here if an item is on sale and justifies not to travel a few extra minutes.

No staff other than those talking to security or texting away. Had to go to the counter twice to get someone to come up and get a product out. They can complain all they like about online vs in store but online doesn't ignore you or text friends while I stand there waiting

I agree the manager of this store is real jerk.  He ridiculed me when I tried to return a broken HDMI cable.  Such a jackass.  He's banking on most people quietly going away, but he changed his tune when I started screaming at him and making a big scene, suddenly he couldn't give me enough HDMI cables :)
