I visited shop this morning, while I have to admit that their product range is impressive, the overall experience was dampened by the person attitude who was providing service on the mobile section. The store has a great sale on mobile, I bought one for my mom. However, the person on that section was rude and unhelpful, making me feel unwelcome. It’s unfortunate that such a great selection of products is overshadowed by poor customer service. I hope they can work on this aspect, as it would make the shopping experience much more enjoyable.
Had an issue with the TV I bought online and had picked up at the JB Hifi North Lakes. Dave, one of the managers, helped me promptly. A replacement TV was delivered to my house the next day. I'm really happy with my new TV and with the service.
Went in twice today, was served by Adam the first who helped me with Audio Headsets. Was very friendly and Knowledgeable. As Adam was so helpful the first time I returned to him the second time.nnIf i could give more than 5 stars I would.
Great service. Staff did well keeping calm with growing lines and rude customers.nTypical JB hifi maze to the register for the standard experience of loosing your friends down an aisle.
Jackson helped us pick out a new laptop that could handle the games we wanted to play, and he really knew his stuff. We ended up with the perfect laptop! Thanks a lot. Highly recommend seeing him if you need help choosing a computer.
