This is a good place to go for a quick shop/pick-up if you have already short-listed what you want. They are not very well stocked, but you do get items that aren't available elsewhere. Yes, staff at this location is the best.
We were served by a Chinese staff member with a top-knot hairstyle, and he was an excellent employee. His attitude was outstanding, and he patiently answered all our questions without any hesitation. He’s by far the most courteous staff member I’ve encountered at JB Hi-Fi.
Someone once told me it is the experience attached to a product when you buy it that is meaningful.nnJade spent over an hour trying to source me a gaming dock and proved to be friendly and reliable. She didn’t give up and it paid off. The determination and calm she displayed whilst doing so is greatly appreciated.nnShe is someone who takes her job seriously whilst embodying what you want at a store. Someone to count on when you need something resolved using both a friendly and equally professional reproach.nnIf you have anymore workers like Jade than you’re honestly one of the lucky few brick and mortar stores that can provide that unheard of customer service that you were legendary for in your early days as a single store in one of Australia’s hustle and bustles.nnExemplary.
A person answers the phone, they physically check stock availability, puts it aside if you are coming in, and price matching and sometimes gives best price discounts if able to. Product are more expensive compared to online. However going in to actually see and sometimes try out the product is great. They may not be able to compete with online stores but if they can they will reduce their price. The staff were lovers.
