I usually don’t write reviews but I like to acknowledge Tom, the team member that assisted me today.nnI had initially asked another team member to help me with my faulty laptop, telling me to wait aside for another member to come and check it out. I waited around 20-25 minutes, it was busy I could tell but I would of liked some honesty or heads up about the waiting time : I eventually had to go around and ask another team member, and them being Tom.nnTom was very helpful and attentive, apologising about the initial waiting time, but I didn’t mind it as in the end someone helped me out. It only took around 6 minutes to get everything sorted out. I very much appreciate your assistance Tom!
Visited today, and I had 4 or 5 team members asked if I needed help. Great service. I can't remember names, but it doesn't matter, the entire team was fantastic. I've visited this store multiple times and never once had an issue, but today was a perfect example.nnI spoke to one lady there and they didn't have 2 watches in stock that I wanted to purchase. So I settled for a cheaper device, and took it to the counter. Unfortunately that item wasnt in stock either, but after chatting with one of team members he offered me a deal that I just couldn't refuse even though the colour definitely wasnt my first choice... or second choice!nnHe then helped with the price of an additional band to assist with the colour choice too. Outstanding service from the entire team to help me!nI would recommend anyone going to any JB to visit this store, as its example of excellent service and sales.nnComplete opposite to Castle Hill who didn't even acknowledge me, only the security guard
Very pleased with the service received from Jess. She was amazing, juggling with multiple calls and providing service in multiple tills. I had to do purchase on multiple cards and she was patient and helped me with it. Never seen such a good person and service in my life.
JB hi-fi Merrylandsnthe worst stuffnTheir tv sometimes it's turning on by itself in midnight n3 times to make appointment with Hisense nothing happened 4th times I have been there they just told me not in Count because I don't have approvement for my appointmentsnYou buy things from them they have warranty if anything happened to your tv you have to deal with Hisense which makes it more worst.nWhat's making me more Saad I have to give 1 Star to start give a bad review

Always Positive happy staff.nGiving 5 stars to all the staff in JB Hi-Fi Merrylands.nAlso I want to specifically write this review to Damian for his amazing help and fantastic customer service today with our purchase.nDamian was very resourceful in product information and took the time to answer all of our questions - nothing was too much trouble and the delivery of our purchases was well organised.nWould definitely be back in contact with Damian if we need any other purchases.nnI just want to appreciate Matt, one of the staff members who went above and beyond to help me out. And let me tell you, he did it all with a friendly and helpful attitude.nBig kudos to Matt for making my day with his outstanding service. It's not every day you come across someone so helpful and committed.
