As busy as you'd expect for Boxing Day sales. Just did a bit of browsing for a particular item. Wasn't served by any staff member but was pleasantly acknowledged with a greeting when walking past, despite all of them being busy. Now that's a great display of customer service right there. Definitely going there when the need arises.
Alex was very helpful and respectful but I waited a long time for help before he was able to assist me for a Surface Book 3 warranty replacement.
Why are your staff so casually dressed making it even harder to find a team member to help. Plus when you do approach someone finally they either pretend they didn’t see you or they are very dismissive. Not a nice experience at all. 2 stars given for the ample parking

Fantastic range of electronics. Been going here for years to upgrade my technology and improve my smart home with the newest connected devices. Very kowledgeable staff, the security guard at the door even knew about the products I bought!
Excellent staff, from the front security staff to the register. However management, please come to the party and ensure that in peak times such as Christmas we are not begging for assistance.
Super busy place so be patient. The staff try their best. Happy with purchase, never get stuffed around.
