Excellent range of products. Dunno why they have this huge section of DVDs though...I mean who really buys and watches DVDs anymore, that real estate can be used for lot of other stuff. It's kinda hard to get hold of the staff to help you with the stuff but once you get their attention they are pretty helpful. But that's the case with every jb hi-fi i guess
JB Hi-Fi in Macquarie Centre is a great place to shop for all your electronics and entertainment needs. With a wide selection of products, competitive prices, and knowledgeable staff, it's easy to find what you're looking for and get expert advice. The store is also well-organized and easy to navigate.
These guys are great. Called them two days before Christmas as they had a TV that I was keeping an eye on waiting for it to come back on special, anyway got the Christmas day special offers email which is from there head office and called these guys as they are at my favourite shopping centre. They were happy to hold one for me to come and pick it up on Christmas Eve. Turned up, parked in the express parking lot, which was practically empty, went up to the top level and they paged the guy who I spoke to the previous day. Within 10 minutes I was paying for it and a new HDMI cable which they did a great deal on. Upon payment, they let me take a picture of the loading dock to pickup the TV and gave me great directions. I have never been in and out of a shopping centre and heading home this fast! And this was Christmas Eve! If it was a Westfield in Chatswood I would probably be still trying to get into the car park, only as usual, driving around for an hour or so only to find that there are no free spots... The funniest thing is that the most frustrating part isn't the queuing to get in, or the hour of driving around a car park on Christmas Eve, but the $25.00 you have to pay for the privilege. Just drive to Maquarie... It takes 15 minutes, less time than finding a car park, and a much more pleasant experience. JB hi-fi were great!
Great place for electronics. They have amazing black friday discounts coming up. I got a nice discount on my Android phone. However the accessories seem to be priced very high.
Went to this store for returning one of the wireless switch controller I purchased. When got asked for the reason of return, I said it didn’t fit the size of my hand. I’m not tall so definitely my hand is not big as well. The other controller I bought just fits better. Then the staff said “sounds impossible”. HELLO? If you wanna gossip don’t gossip in front of your customer. And if you don’t wanna do the return then just speak it out loud so that I don’t have to correct your careless mistakes on the refund amount. Worst customer service ever in JB Hi Fi.
It is bigger than my local one and always happy to come here to browse. It's easier to find a staff member here as well. The space is bigger, but the layout can be improved. The stock level is good, so online order pickup, this is a better location than some smaller suburbs.
We visited this shop before Covid. It is three years but the shop is very interesting. Lots of stuff. They do price match too. Got a Marshal speaker and a samsung galaxy phone. Highly recommended
Horrible customer service at the Macquarie Park shopping centre store just now. Walked to the registers to pay and even though there are 3 people at the registers only the guy is serving the paying customers. Other 2 girls were just chatting, laughing and counting their registers to end the day. It’s just 5.30pm and the store closes at 6pm and these 2 girls have already stopped serving the customers. One girl asked me to go and stay in the queue till being called upon and the other girl with a nose piercing was shaking her head to express disapproval. If a person is not serving and still at a register the usual retail practice is to put a notice saying the register is closed and that wasn’t the case. The manager at this store need to give these young school leavers a training on customer service and let them understand that they earn their buck because we come to the stores. Look at my profile at JB and I probably must have spent close to 20 grand at your stores and pretty disappointed with my experience at your store today. Never ever back again at the Macquarie Park store.
Good store with plenty of stock but not many discounted items, most are still expensive. Other than that a good variety, services were a bit lacking as I had to wait a while to attract customer service for earbuds I was interested in.
A good JBs. Have purchased a few items from here and have always been satisfied. Have recently begun using the uber delivery service and was amazed at how quickly you can receive your item. Staff are helpful when in store.
