I visit for vinyl, CD & Bluray purchases primarily. Best selection outside Brisbane. Easy access & across the road from Garden Centre mall.
Good stock but on busy day one can be left looking for help from sales team. I guess - Customer need to be proactively approached. Overall nice place to shop and well stocked.
Good layout, staff and security were nice. Decent stock of dash cams which i was looking for and bought. Neat and tidy.
The staff were very accommodating and helped us to find everything we needed. We also had to take a product back and they were more than helpful in taking care of our refund.
Had to exchange items, not through any fault of the shop. The exchange was seamless. I called Alex on the phone then dealt with her in store. She was lovely the whole time and made the exhange quick and easy
Friendly staff and relatively competitive pricing compared to other stores. 1 star off as there is a slight claustrophobic feel about this place with the amount of stock in there, width of aisles, in your face price tickets, and how busy it can get. But that's JB in general I think.
Like all JB Hifis, this one is busy. Tends to be quite difficult to find a free staff member to help you out with a purchase. Remember to always ask if the can reduce the sticker price.
Always a great store! Benson is my go to man, always great customer service and and all round excellent experience!! He's one of a kind!
