I absolutely love coming to JB at browns plains, staff are always friendly and happy to help! I went in today only wanting a new phone, which was out of stock but they happily said they would get one on its way for me to pick up next week as well as helping me find a new wireless charging dock and a great phone case! The lovely lady working in the phones department was such a help and was so friendly the entire time! When I mentioned this to the cashier at the desk he very proudly went over and told her, she was very appreciative and he said he would mention to the manager. Cannot fault this JB, keep up the fantastic work!
Was hard looking for someone to help as the only difference between a customer and worker was a lanyard. Some staff had jumpers on understand it has been cold the last few days but you will lose customers if they cant find help and have to stand at the check out to get help. Does JBHIFI even have a uniform?
Super helpful staff, always busy so can be hard to grab one sometimes but that's the classic JB experience. Click and collect very easy here, and they offer uber delivery here if you're like me and can't wait for things.
JB HiFi Brownsplains is one of my go to stores in south side. They have really great customer service, friendly staff and are always willing to help. I do find sometimes that they are hard to find in store, otherwise, highly recommend!
Amazing guys from JB hi- Fi but terrible customer service for delivery Delivery guys brought my washing machine yesterday, but they said that we don't have the tools to install it. I gave them the tools to open only four simple screws that don't take more than five minutes. Unfortunately, they have no responsibility for their own work. running away took two days of my time until someone else came and finished their missed up
Worst customer service. Numerous staff standing around doing nothing and it took us to get someone’s attention to help us. Looking at purchasing a TV. The guy says “here it is, if you have any questions let me know” and walks off. Good effort! Because us standing looking at a TV is going to be all we need to make a decision. Going back to Orion after realising they have the TV in stock we thought they didn’t. Orion team never fail. Browns Plains I won’t buy there out of principle.
I recently upgraded my phone and changed from an iPhone to an Oppo android after visiting both Telstra and Vodafone. I decided to check pricing prior to purchase I was met by Peter, his manner was superb in every respect as was his advice needless to say I bought ofJB. I had a few issues adapting from iPhone to android went back and met Peter the store manager and again superb in every respect. Most pleasing was after the sale 110% help which we rarely witness in this day and age most companies good with sale but poor with after sales help. Not Peter and Justin consummate in every respect I highly highly recommend JB Browns plains and their staff JB you've done it again Many thanks Brent Herbert
The staff here have taken advantage of my 80yr old Nan who went to this store for help with the phone she bought last week. We made it very clear to them , she did not want an iPhone. She bought a Samsung last week, however she went back today to ask for help with it messages were not working they conned her into buying the newest iPhone and told her it will only cost $300. They took the Samsung and charged the difference OVER $300 for the iPhone she did not want. All while saying she’s getting a great deal, an iPhone for only $300. Well what a load of trash and I will be taking this further.
Visited to watch the samsung 23 ultra 200 megpixel mobile new edition. Best place with good stocks of all kinds of Varieties of TV,Mobile phone and electronic gadgets. A. Well maintained shop in Browns plain.
Jbl wireless earphones stopped working. Surprisingly they exchanged it for a new pair no questions asked. I forget the name of the guy who helped me out. So pretty happy with the service
