How nice to go to a retail store and have a person willing to help. After approaching Greg because my mother was getting flustered and very whelmed with all the products on the shelf. Greg helped us to find everything that she was looking for. Keep up the great work. Not enough of it these days
I always shop here and in the last week have spent a considerable amount. Today though I head in to click and collect with 2 kids. I ask for a bag after I click and collected. The bag would be to help me carry and navigate 2 kids. After spending so much on my click and collect the checkout bird proceeded to ask for 15cent for the bag. A common level of decency wouldn’t go astray.
I bought the TV from there and sales person gave me a advice and explained about the difference between Android and smart TV.
The service is amazing. After purchasing a pair of headphones, I found that the box was empty. Obviously, someone stole the headphones and the service person kindly exchanged them for me. I really appreciate it

Full of incompent pushy dodgy sales people trying to get you to spend more than you need to. I went to buy a phone and the guy said 'hey did you know that those phones don't come with chargers anymore?' And I was like oh no, really? 'Yeah not for a while now.' Then he proceeded to try and sell me a case and then "extra coverage" whatever that is. I feel stupid that I bought the $29 charger because he said I had to. Sure enough I opened the phone box and it had one already. Then i felt humiliated and almost didn't have the courage to go back and return it. I won't ever be going back. And will order things online from now on.
For an old fogey it can be a touch overwhelming but it's an Aladdin's cave of good stuff at generally competitive prices and they match price for you. Depending how busy it is, the staff are very helpful, interested in your journey and happy to follow questions up. JB keep on the leading edge of trade so often can't be beaten online, and with the support of a real store and options to extend warranties its kinda worth staying local. My new earbuds are sweet @ <$50
Had to wait about 10 minutes in the mobile phone area as the team member was occupied. Other team members on the floor did not approach us or offer to help their colleague . 2 phones were selected and showed up as in stock on the PDA . The lady that served us was embarrassed that she was unable to find both models , even checking the back area in case the items were on the delivery dock. After picking out a third option, we were in luck.
Excellent shopping and purchasing experience today thanks to sales associate David. He was very friendly, helpful and through in his support in helping me get what I needed. Thanks David!
The staff were helpful. When I finally found one. But his interest in helping was give a care, well not too much. The guard or staff member at the door needs to learn to smile abd say good morning/afternoon or at least a hello how are you today. He looked so depresses and sad.
