I bought an LG refrigerator at the JB Hi-Fi Homebush store. But I received the wrong delivery, which is 1cm for the top and 0.5cm for the bottom between the doorways of the refrigerator. I immediately sent an e-mail saying I wanted to exchange it for a new refrigerator, and I visited the store 4 times in a month.nThe Homebusch store said they can't change the refrigerator to a new one, so they'll fix it.nI didn't buy the displayed refrigerator cheaply, nor did I get a discount.nI was happy to buy a new refrigerator for the first time in my life in Australia for 15 years. But JB Hi-Fi is giving me so much disappointment and stress.nEven now, JB Hi-Fi only tells me to fix it.nI don't want to repair a new item.nnWhen I bought the refrigerator, no employee told me that the door may not close well because the door gap is not right.nnI ask to exchange it for a complete new product or refund it, but no one will solve this problem.nNever buy a refrigerator at JB Hi-Fi.nnYou'll get a bonus of disappointment and stress over joy. I'll release a photo and let you know there's something wrong with the fridge.
I went to buy a new MacBook Air today, and Calvin helped me throughout the entire process with great customer service. Unfortunately, the store didn’t have the model I wanted in stock. Calvin even called other stores to try and find the color I liked, but we couldn’t find it. Thank you, Calvin, for an hour of excellent customer service.
I bought some white goods from JB HiFi and Diego was the assistant helping me. Unfortunately a week later on 5/8/2024 I had to return to the store due to a mistake on my part and Diego was working today as well. They were very understanding and went above and beyond in assisting me with my purchase. Shout out to the entire team who helped in some shape or form - the people at the check-out, the managers, and the man at ops who took my call multiple times. Would highly recommend JB HiFi Homebush for the value and the service. Delivery and appliance set up also went smoothly.
Thank you Rob for your friendly and exceptional service. I purchased a last minute gift a Dreame X40 Ultra vacuum mop robot on Sat. Rob went out of his way to ensure I get it by Monday in time for my mother's birthday. The machine is amazing and did a fantastic job cleaning.nnAsk for Rob at JB Hifi Homebush.
The range of products is good. I was sold a cable for a battery pack but as it turned out it already came with the pack. I had to go back to the store to return it. Was not happy
