This review is a little late. My purchase was Christmas 2023 but better late than never as they say. The whole team at JB's Kotara Home are excellent. Especially Amy in management. I purchased a Samsung side-by-side fridge off the floor at a great price. The fridge turned up missing two shelves which they promptly set about replacing. Samsung seemed disinterested in assisting me but Amy was my champion. She went into battle on my behalf to make sure the fridge was made good. After-sales service is just as important as point of sale service something Samsung would do well to remember. The team at JBs Kotara Home really try to look after their customers. I highly recommend them.
A big thanks and shoutout to Ikarus for providing excellent customer service during the purchase of my coffee machine. He did a great job at explaining the differences in the machines and was able to provide a good deal on the Breville Barista Express Impress. After a really disappointing experience at JB HI-Fi Greenhills when trying to purchase this machine previously it was a stark difference at the Kotara store. Thanks again Ikarus!!
Customer service is nonexistent, employees stood around talking about their weekend/days off plans and didn’t acknowledge my father who was after assistance for 15 minutes. Employees had an attitude when my father was leaving the store and voiced his displeasure.nnOther JBHIFI’s stores are excellent and helpful. This one is atrocious and has just gotten worse over time.
Just dealt with Mgr Rachelle and couldn’t be happier. She listened to our complaint about our recent tv purchase and sorted it out quick smart. Left the store a very happy customer.
