I haven't been to JBs Camberwell store in DECADES. So the new location was a surprise, but such a change, with it's well lit, clean appearance, spaces out shelves and plenty of room to move. Only downside was it being a little hard to find with the signs in the shopping center stopping once you got to the second floor.

I have shopped at a number of JB Hi Fi stores and have found this particular store to be one of the better ones.  It is well laid out and, as you'll see from the photos I've added here, it has an impressive range of products, you name it, it's got it.  The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and provide excellent customer service.

On three occasions I tried to purchase an online gaming voucher using my usual credit card, in the same way I usually make online purchases.  On the three occasions, the transaction was accepted and then immediately cancelled/reversed, due to a credit card irregularity no idea what it is as I was able to repurchase from Amazon without any issues.

I went to this store today, already having in mind what I needed for my NDIS client within their budget.nI walked over to who was clearly the manager and a sales assistant they asked me what I was looking for and as I was explaining where I could find this particular product they cut me off and gave us attitude about the product we were looking for and they started trying to upsell us and saying it would be “smarter” to buy this other product which was three times more expensive. After saying no multiple times they not only made myself feel disrespected but made my client feel uncomfortable.nAs someone that has a duty of care for a individualnMy main priority is to ensure that my client is treated appropriately and with today’s service we didn’t receive that apart from the bearded gentleman over near the phones. He was great.
