Zero for customer service at thee most hidden away store.nnFriday night, the store was absolutely deserted. Ghost town.nnNo one greeting, no one assisting, just groups of teenage-staff on their iphones, huddled behind a counter at the very back of the store, or observed smoking in the carpark and wandering off on casual toilet breaks.nnOn a mission, I walked 4 laps of the store, not one offer of assistance.nnFailing to find a few items I needed and anyone willing to assist, I conveniently took advantage of the in-store Macs to search the JB-HiFi website, googled my own tech enquiry, checked prices and found which stores had certain goods in-stock for purchase and/or click-and-collect.nnJust bizarre.nnI’d understand if they were run off their feet but 6-7 staff to 1 ignored customernn….. tumbleweeds….
Had a great experience purchasing a phone yesterday, 20/06.nThe greeter at the front of the store was so friendly and the sales assistant who helped me was attentive and not pushy at all, I wish I grabbed his name! It was a quiet when I went in which I prefer as it was easy to get assistance and not overwhelming. Thanks guys!
Other than locating a staff member for some 15 minutes to assist me, eventually a staff member did come, unfortunately not one who had any experience in vinyl player they weren’t able to connect with the information via the scanner.nnI gave a 3 star rating because the assistant was pleasant, polite and apologetic.
I have shopped at a number of JB Hi Fi stores and have found this particular store to be one of the better ones. It is well laid out and, as you'll see from the photos I've added here, it has an impressive range of products, you name it, it's got it. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and provide excellent customer service.
My experience at this store has always been outstanding. I went in yesterday and was served by Morgan who was so helpful and knowledgeable. Best customer experience!nWell done Morgan! Keep up the great work and thankyou!!! Lily
