The worst customer service I believe I have ever received.nI bought a new iPhone from the Camberwell branch a few weeks ago and it is already malfunctioning.nI returned to the store to swap it and the manager on duty said there was nothing he could do until he witnessed the problem.nI showed him the problem and he said yes, I did see that occur, however, we will need to see it several times to be able to rectify it.nn$1000 and 3 weeks later it is already broken.nNo empathy, no exchange.nnAvoid. The manager was also clearly defensive and said he couldn’t warrant an exchange as it would affect his profit margins.
Zero for customer service at thee most hidden away store.nnFriday night, the store was absolutely deserted. Ghost town.nnNo one greeting, no one assisting, just groups of teenage-staff on their iphones, huddled behind a counter at the very back of the store, or observed smoking in the carpark and wandering off on casual toilet breaks.nnOn a mission, I walked 4 laps of the store, not one offer of assistance.nnFailing to find a few items I needed and anyone willing to assist, I conveniently took advantage of the in-store Macs to search the JB-HiFi website, googled my own tech enquiry, checked prices and found which stores had certain goods in-stock for purchase and/or click-and-collect.nnJust bizarre.nnI’d understand if they were run off their feet but 6-7 staff to 1 ignored customernn….. tumbleweeds….
Friendly service but takes far far too long to get someone to come to assist. Standing around waiting for almost 30 minutes. Plenty of staff there standing around talking.
Had a great experience purchasing a phone yesterday, 20/06.nThe greeter at the front of the store was so friendly and the sales assistant who helped me was attentive and not pushy at all, I wish I grabbed his name! It was a quiet when I went in which I prefer as it was easy to get assistance and not overwhelming. Thanks guys!
came in at 1:35 on tuesday 2nd of the september. left at 1:37! amazing, kind and efficient customer service that led me to my item straight away and continued to offer me help the whole time. SO impressed, will definitely be coming back. this was the person at the front with the dyed ponytail.
