Great selection of new and used vans and r.v.'s with great staff who I found helpful but not pushy.anyone looking for vans should be able to find what they are looking for within their budget

After pointing out a few faults with a 2018 Journey that we wanted to purchase, -including cupboards hanging off one hinge, white overspray above the kitchen and chipped doors- the salesman lost all interest in the sale and told us that we would not be happy with price. We were still keen to buy, but searched all over Melbourne for the same van. We finally found it at Prestige Geelong, at a better price, and with no faults. When we returned to Page bros to purchase hoses and privacy screens, (with the in-laws who were looking at buying a new Journey also) the sales staff were unwilling to honour a Jayco 10% discount card from Prestige, that's fair enough...but for the sake of $25 to have a happy customer, perhaps they should have. We have had 5 years as Caravan Park owners, and the most important thing we learnt is to keep customers happy at any cost. We will now go back to Geelong or Bendigo for our hoses and screens, so will my in-laws when they purchase their new Journey.

The best Customer service, the best product knowledge and the aftercare service is number 1.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The girl at reception helped me quite a lot to pick the right part i needed, as did another guy even though i never bought the van there and its not a Jayco.
