Would give 0 stars if I could. My son booked the car in for a repair to a puncture. They up sold him to have the shock absorbers done. Then the car was unsafe to drive as it shock alot at the steering wheel. Took it back said he then needed 2 new tyres and a wheel alignment. Took car to our trusted mechanic and the puncture tyre hadn't even been fixed. They charged him $20 for this rung the store no help at all. I demand a refund as we are not paying for a tyre that hasn't even been fixed.Very angry that they would take advantage of a teenage kid. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. Since then we have been told by many people that they upsell unneeded repairs to customers and they have a bad reputation in the redlands.

Terrible service at Jax tyres, they ended up making my car worse off then it was to start with. Also tried to sell me extra things that I didn't need, complete scam! Never go to Jax tyres take the trip to tyre zone instead

Good service. They tried to repair my pictures tyre but when it became apparent it was stuffed they didn't charge me for anything.
