Rude arrogant owner Bob who put wrong wheel nuts on my car, charged me for new ones but put 2nd hand ones on that didn't fit and wheel nearly vibrated off on highway. Got money back but no apology and treated like an idiot. Young Rick very polite and helpful recommend dealing with him if you go here.

Worst tyre business iv ever experienced.Was booked in for 2 new tyres at 8*30 and was told to come back at 3*30 later that day and they still didnt have the tyres in store.Was told to come back the next day to be told it would be a 3 hour wait.The 2 new tyres that were to be put on the back they put one on the front and one on the back.So had to take the car back once again,Then they accused my wife that she must of had a puncture and changed the tyres around.then they put the tyres on the front instead of the back couldnt get one simple thing right...We told them not to put the windows down as they were just tinted and the first thing they did was put it down..I have since heard nothing but bad reports about jax tyres caloundra,Stay away from this unprofessional so called business. .

Came for a simple tyre change, was told to come back in about 1 hour to pick the car up, so I did. Took 50 extra minutes to get the car back. Also I got to see other costumers and just like with me, it seemed like they wanted to find/make up things that were wrong with the rest of the car... Just a bad experience. No apology for the time I wasted.
