Thank you. The whole process was smooth and efficient.  Gianni the sales staff was friendly and responsive.  This car is my son's first vehicle which he was purchasing himself so we were keen to ensure he bought a quality second hand car with good after sales support and Jarvis and Gianni to date have provided this.

Fantastic to deal with. Gianni and his team were friendly, easy going and not pushy sales but there to answer any questions. Pleasantly surprised with a decent test drive for an afternoon and very patient with our high energy children. Highly recommend Jarvis Subaru Kensington, Gianni and his team.

I've only been at Jarvis Subaru twice for a service and have been treated with utmost respect and courtesy. Having my car washed after a service is a huge bonus! I also requested for a crash repairer and they were onto it quickly, giving me details of one in the nearby area.

On the 16/02/23 I purchased a second hand car from Jarvis Subaru  Medindie, the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional, buying a car can be very stressful and confusing, they made it easy. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Again thanks to the staff at Jarvis Subaru Medindie.

Hopefully that the engine light doesn't come on again. And it has. I'm not satisfied with the work that wasn't done rightfully for me. I want it done for free this next time. I said that the fuel tank and filters need to be cleaned and that was NEVER EVER DONE. That's why I only gave you 1star because of the poor service you gave to me.

The salesman Russell made us feel comfortable and welcome. He answered all our questions and took time to explain things. We were able to take a vehicle out for a test drive that was more than a lap around the block.

I’ve left my car for regular servicing at Jarvis for years now and I’m always pleased to see their friendly welcome and competent work.

Great customer service as always. Professional, extra charges checked with me first, car given a clean, comfortable area with good coffee while I wait - I cannot fault the service experience.

Luke was fantastic to deal with setting me up with a lovey New Subaru XV. His knowledge about the car technology was outstanding!
