We just wanted to send a note to say thank-you for your recent electrical work on our large house renovation. We were impressed with the prompt and efficient service, quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Nathan was very reliable throughout the renovation and was able to assess and meet all of our electrical needs. We were extremely confident with Nathan's work ethic and knowledge of his craft. We have used Jarvis Electrical a number of times over the past few years and I would highly recommend them. Nathan and his team are always punctual and professional. They issue quotes efficiently and offer prompt turnaround on service. They provide commercial solutions too, I always know I am getting an honest prognosis. They are extremely decent and great to deal with. Five stars!

Nathan Jarvis from Jarvis Electrical, is a highly qualified electrician and business owner, who is heads above the rest. It's incredibly reassuring finding an experienced tradesman who is clearly passionate - not only about the quality work he provides, but also the value and respect he has for his client base too! Nathan's clients reward him with their positive reviews and referrals, and more importantly, their ongoing electrical work. Nathan and his team are very prompt, super friendly, professional electricians who will provide you with great service and quality workmanship, your home will be safe and above the set high quality standards. I needed a trustworthy, reliable electrician, so I did the usual google research. I also had a few recommendations from Beacon Lighting too. I phoned them all, a few didn't show up, some wanted to charge a small fortune, and many were a bit rough, and just too busy, or should I say disorganised, to take the time to quote on my job!. I relied on my own google search, and found Jarvis Electrical. Their website is fantastic, it stood out from the rest - which speaks volumes about the service you will ultimately receive from them. Their website is well designed, easy to navigate and it clearly explains the fundamentals. I sent Nathan a txt message, as I knew he'd be busy, yet he replied immediately - it spoke volumes about his commitment and focus to his customers. Nathan is calm, friendly and very knowledgeable. A time was made for Nathan to come out and quote on the work, he arrived on time and with a friendly smile on his face! A few tradies should work on their smile technique, and ditch their extremely stressed "I hate my work and annoying customers" approach. To cut a long story short - Nathan quoted on the work I needed doing, the price was extremely accurate and fair. I was rewarded, not only with the high standard of workmanship, (they also clean up) but I have also found a great electrical team for my future ongoing renovation work. Thanks to Nathan, Kerri and their trustworthy team @ Jarvis Electrical. I look forward to dealing with you again!
