Do not use!  My mum passed away three years ago and was supposed to join my father in the plot that James R Hill had organised previously.  They handled the service professionally and the plaque was correctly updated.  I’ve just had a call now to ask what I want done with my mother’s ashes - yes three years later!  They’ve obviously just been sitting there neglected and never deposited them as instructed.  Beyond stunned that this can happen but they obviously have no system for ensuring the correct remains are placed in the right location.  I even wonder if someone else’s remains are in place.   No amount of apologies will fix this.

Professional, friendly team who listened to what we wanted and went the extra mile for us. Actually made the funeral enjoyable. Highly recommended. We had a bottle green coffin and a vegetable  'bouquet ' on the casket that was totally fitting and looked superb.
