Food and coffee were delicious, the toasted sandwiches in particular are amazing! The staff are lovely and were more than happy to help by heating up a baby bottle in the microwave for me. My only complaint was that the lounge area smelled really strange and not very pleasant. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to mention this to staff on the day as it was quite busy.
It is a good place to sit on a early morning trip to the city whilst waiting for shops to open. The atmosphere, takes me to a good place. Would suit people who enjoy a strong coffee. The apple crumble muffins are always tempting.
Lovely place to sit and relax. Always very friendly staff. Great value for money. Real tea leaves in a teapot. Toasted chicken and cheese sandwiches are huge , with real chicken.
I have been going here for my regular Hot Chccy, Coffee and Dirty Chai every time i got into hobart. They make awesome hot drinks! Their cakes and sweets are deliscious too! The tall guy with the big grin makes the BEST coffee and is always super friendly!
Worst place to work in. There is a Nepalese girl who is so rude. She always gives hard time to other team members on slightest of mistakes. The owner and manager always back her and she uses the power to give hard time to other co-workers. Work place harassment at it's best. Not a friendly place to work in.
Great find good coffee You can always tell when the owner values and loves his own business by the way the food is displayed in the cabinet and how their staff  engages and approaches you. The Cabinet is overflowing with sweet delights all fresh and nicely displayed.  Service is efficient and a very bubbly smiling waitress takes your order. Its nice to see people enjoying the work they do and this young woman is certainly an asset to this business. The coffee verdict: coffee is a very personal taste and you get used to the brand of coffee you drink I personally would like a more robust coffee that's a little bit stronger however I cannot fault on the making of the coffee and presentation, this really is just a personal preference in flavour. This cafe managed not to feel like a shopping centre cafe and we pleasantly  sat here for about an hour  waiting for the appointment having just driven from Launceston. Certainly will try breakfast as it looks delicious and I noticed nobody left anything on their plates. Tables were quickly cleared, another indication of someone who cares not leaving dirty dishes all around their  Cafe, which  is my personal  pet hate I gave it 4 stars  this  leaves room for imperfections as nothing  is perfect in this world Thank you Mez for the coffee. Been hear a few times always nice staff and good food. Everything is well presented and a variety of choice to pick from anything from sandwich’s and sweets that look delicious. The coffee hear is not bad at all especially the ice-coffee .
friendly staff , coffee was excellent , the cafe is well presented and clean , when i come back to hobart ill be back for a coffee here .
On a short trip from Melbourne and a little early to check into hotel so stopped in for coffee n toastie. The absolute BEST toastie I’ve ever had
