Had to be the best bacon egg toasted sandwich I've had in a very long time. Also had chutney, salad greens tomatoe, flavoursome bacon and a runny egg... Yum yum yum

Pretty much the same, nothing special. Their menu has changed and a lot of meals they don't have any more. The salads are plain and boring. Nice to get a free coffee each time being a reward card member. Menu is very limited on a Friday during Lent. No meat day
Great food, and the staff are always very friendly! I know heaps of people who think it's the best coffee in Ballarat. I don't drink coffee myself, but I can recommend the iced chocolate.
Went to buy a take away coffee, despite me saying hello and smiling, the server did not respond, had an air of petulance and just said what do you want. When I ordered my coffee, I asked how much it would be and he pointed to the screen rather than speak to me. I decided to go to Ferguson Plarre who are always friendly.
Very surly woman making the coffees, very poor customer service. This was our first time at this Jamaica Blue cafe. I love Jamaica Blue, but today was very disappointing when I asked a simple question regarding the coffee I had just received. She turned her back on me twice and was quite rude with her response. All the other staff were very pleasant but would not bother going back there again. If you work in customer service you should have the right attitude. If you hate your job work somewhere where you don't have to deal with annoying customers.
Always great customer service and great coffee! They were more than happy to help with my dietary requirement!!! Thankyou! Will always come back here when at Stockland!
Surprisingly good coffee. Food just OK.
Ordinary coffee. Used to be great. Staff may have have changed. Used to be very friendly. Now just a customer. Wont go back now sadly.
Terrible service... Meals overpriced and not what is on the menu. Ordered avo smash with maple bacon only to have avo mixed in with tomato and sweet chilli sauce. The poached egg that came with it was hard, no taste of maple at all. Nowhere on the menu was sweet chilli mentioned in the description. If that wasn't enough my daughter found a huge hair in her crepes. When we spoke to the staff they basically told us it wasn't a hair and it's meant to be in there as it was part of the spinach. We know the difference between hairs and spinach. Will never go back again.
