Nice place to grab a bite and coffee. Friendly staff, neat and clean place, good ambience. Food quality and taste is great.
Very dirty at 1150am. Tables not cleared. Floor dirty. Staff at counter, had to repeat "Big Brekkie" 3 times. Never asked for our member card. No glasses for water. When asked glasses dirty. Better check your glass washer. Staff cleared dishes from table but didn't wipe the tables down. Not coming back here. Will go to Livingston instead.
Got a takeaway iced coffee. Asked for no icecream …And got Icecream. The place was absolutely filthy! Benches , floors were disgusting . Girl grabbed the tip of the straw with her fingers to place in my drink . With a worry on cleanliness I had to throw it away .
Repeat customers, but waited more than 40 minutes for food. Two brekkie burgers arrived 25 minutes before fritter stack, and another 10 mins for eggs Benny. Not good enough when cafe is not even half full.
Coffee was good. Friendly Staff. However, the waffle fries did not have any salt.
Poor service and don't have anything in stock. You are conveniently located next to supermarket yet cannot provide menu items? If I could give 0 stars I would.
It's always a lovely experience dining at this coffee shop no matter what time of day. They serve ready cooked meal. Friendly staff.
Very busy on a Sunday morning, but regardless the service was friendly and fast. Despite the price, the food and coffee was perfect. The food came out shortly after we ordered, well presented and hot. The only complaints were that the small, awkward cutlery and floor was quite messy. Although I do understand it's very busy and hard to maintain. I would definitely recommend this place and come back.

You spend $25 to get a free coffee-great! But then this morning I am an the Harrisdale cafe and I’m told you have a free coffee but have to pay $0.50 to upsize TO A SMALL???? From what an XS?? there is no such thing! never had to pay that before at any other store. I will not be returning for a coffee here again as paying $0.50 for a free coffee is not free? Or am I wrong? Upon asking the staff member what the 50c was for she said it was to upsize , and I said I’m not upsizing, and she said it was the technicality and they have always done it? Mmmhhh. Upon reflection I should have just said don’t worry about the coffee ! And I asked for a takeaway and got a dine in coffee. ….
