Asked for a latte extra hot, what i got was luke warm swill. If I ask for extra hot, I want extra hot. Also purchased a Melting moments biscuit that cost $4 which definitely wasn't a melting moment biscuit. The biscuit part was hard and set, not soft, crumbly and as the name would suggest should melt in your mouth. The biscuit, like the coffee were very unenjoyable.
Coffee is okay but I food one special delicious snack. Very unique frittata. So yummy. It's like layered quiche surround with bacon n top with pesto. Best fritters in town.
Awesome outing! Had a great lunch. Junette our waiter was very nice and patient. She catered to our every needs and went above and beyond with service. I saw her helping out others with things they seemed to be struggling with. I saw her managing basically everything by herself in the seating area cleaning up tables and wiping them down. She was never doing nothing and she seemed to really enjoy her job. She seemed like the big sister to many of the younger staff who were still learning the ropes and asking her quedtions. She also helped a staff member called Jess, who was really nice and polite, with changing the specials. The only let down is the price of food which was unbelievable. We payed $25 for a ham and cheese toastie and an omelette. We even used our Jamaica Blue card but it didn't give us any discount. Overall good experience but prices need to be fixed.
2 customers already seated in the cafe , we ordered two coffees, and it took nearly 15 minutes to get them. Then our toasted sandwich took another 15minutes to come out , after it had been sitting on the counter for about 10minutes. The wait staff need a good wake up call. The two customers already seated were just finishing there coffees Won't be back, will go to The Coffee Club next time. Very lazy staff. You the owners, should be there to make the place run properly.
Amy the cashier, is the rudest young lady. Should not be working in Hospitality Sunday 3 September 2017. Were going to order but left due to poor behaviour. There is many other shops that would gladly provide excellent service. Won't waste any money ever here
Unfriendly woman. Not paying $6.20 for a regular almond latte. Went to Muffin break- much better.
Coffee was fantastic. Not burnt or as hot as the sun. Nice layout and relaxing. Staff are friendly and efficient.Service: 5/5
Coffee ok,but the cake and the service both stale, Secret Harbour branch much better.
I was a regular visitor, my last few visits the staff were so miserable and almost felt like they were entitled and I was putting them out. It has a very uncomfortable atmosphere. They aren't polite and not at all friendly. A smile or a "hi how are you?" would be nice.
Went for lunch @ 1.30pm. One order was taken for lunch, went to place my order only to be informed that the kitchen was now closed. I was left to watch my friend eat her lunch while I had a Luke warm tasteless chai. Not the best experience from Jamaca Blue.
