I had a very delicious Chicken Parmigiana. The service was accepted level of quality . I recommend whenever you go to Greensborough Plaza, have a stop station break and enjoy.
First time trying Jamaica Blue, thought I'd grab a large take away latte. First taste it was definitely a bit weaker than I'd prefer, but the flavour was not too bad - nothing great but drinkable. But what shocked me was the $7.50 it cost for a large latte takeaway, even by plaza standards that's ridiculous and for me it's not the best coffee in the centre. I love the location tucked out of the way from the main food court, but considering I can pay $5 for a significantly better coffee 5 mins away I won't be back for coffee. But I will try the food one day.
Fantastic service followed up with delicious food. We had a smoothie along with our smashed avo.
1st time visitor. A pleasant place. They gave us a tiny cookie with our coffee, adds a nice touch, but it could be abit bigger. I had a mocha, not bad, but have had better. I presume they use chocolate syrup, which should only be used on ice cream or milk shakes, not in coffee's. Cadbury's powder is the go.
The coffee and food are pretty good here. I had an issue with the price I was charged for the single blend coffee, as I was not told it cost extra. However, management dealt with it quickly. Great customer service.
Visited this morning at approx 10.45am with a colleague. Ordered some coffees and the lemon curd slice. Staff were incredibly friendly, easy to chat with and provided a prompt service. Coffee was excellent and I consider myself picky and the lemon curd slice was to DIE for!! I am surprised to see some less favorable reviews. I can only speak to my experience but I'll definitely be back when visiting the area.
Excellent service! Great food and great coffee! Highly recommend them, especially gluten free procedures taken. I asked for gluten free bread with the meal instead, the staff checked I was cealiac and they proceeded to wash everything in kitchen prior to cooking to minimise risk of cross contamination for me! One very please customer!
Watery, weak, tepid coffee and a slice of dry carrot cake. Spoke to the owner to get a refund on the cake, but was told it was fresh and only dry because of being kept in the display fridge. Her attitude was rude and aggressive. My partner's savoury muffin was described as bland and overpriced. The worst cafe I've ever visited.
My husband and I come here with our kids all the time. The service is always amazing, and we all really enjoy the coffees and babychinos. While the coffee is good, its the wonderful service at Greensborough in particular that keeps us coming back.
Single origin poured to. Perfection and the lemon sugar muffins as always are the bomb Perfect The owner is a lovely lady who cares about your experience. As a fellow Coffee shop owner barista they make a damn good cup Best in the plaza
