Rang them for the young man to repeat everything I said back to me after I’d say it and talk to other workers about it then he just said yeah all good and hung up on me after I said just wanted to let use know what happened and hung up on me while I was trying to say uber refused a refund and it’s 75 down the drain no offers for refunds or accountability there’s something wrong with everything I ordered raw meat burnt potato scollops and no bacon in my chips won’t be back which is disappointing because I’ve ordered lots of times and loved it unitl I was discarded and ignored over the phone I get mistakes happen especially at dinner rush hours just wanted to alert the store of it to just be fobbed off
We had some visitors in town and ordered 7 different meals. Young guy I spoke to took names for each. Was very efficient and when we picked up our order, each order was wrapped separately and labelled. The food was amazing! Huge portions. Everyone loved it. From the schnitzels to the nachos to the red emperor and potato scallops. The chips are some of the best too! Thank you. Would definitely recommend.
The entire sweets cabinet is gluten free and the top shelf is also dairy free! Fantastic staff. Caramel tarts are the best according to my discerning 18 year old. I will be back! So much to choose from for a coeliac. I'll be back.
As a Melbourne girl, I was very excited to find they had flake. I grew up on this and love it. Unfortunately, it was very dry and I didn't really enjoy it. My friends got mackarel which was quite nice but the batter was soggy.nnChips were average and the potato cakes scallops were undercooked.nnThe desserts were okay.nnOne thing that was absolutely outstanding was the service. Every single person who I spoke to was really lovely.
Food was pretty average. Squid rings didn’t taste like anything, prawns weren’t much better. Battered mackerel was 99.9%batter and 0.01% mackerel. Not going there again. Been multiple times but been the same every time. Not cheap for what you get either
