A gem of a store, a smaller one so the selection is not extensive. But the quality of product is always in point. It's a heck of an expensive store but for WA is the best you'll get for quality.

I was a little unsure what my experience would be like after reading recent poor reviews. I am really glad to say, the service and experience provided by Ella was exceptional. I came to buy a gift for my partners upcoming birthday, and having no knowledge of paints or painting, Ella helped and advised me the entire way, never pushing me to buy any one product in particular and even politely excused herself when needing to serve other customers at the till.  Ella, thank you so much for your help and assistance. You honestly deserve the  I will definitely be revisiting this store in the future to buy any further paint supplies.

The lady who served me gave me a price for an item among my big list of purchases, she put it through,  after I paid and checked the receipt infront of her, turned out it was double the price she mentioned,  I asked her to refund that item as I purchased it based on the given price, she said there is no refund in store and it's Monday and her manager is not around and she doesn't have special code! I understand if there is no refund policy,  but for an item that was purchased 2 seconds ago that was advised with a wrong price, there must be a way to fix it. I walked out with an item double price of what  I was advised, because she didn't have special code to fix her mistake!

I have been buying drawings supplies from the store at beaufort street but never for once I had a pleasant experience. Not sure if the brunette lady with spectacles is the owner but I think she needs to learn basic customer service such as greeting customers when she sees them, smiling and a simple thank you. A grab and go kinda shop. Think I give up and go elsewhere. Cheaper too.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. A little on the expensive but have a wide variety of art supplies. No cost for advice/chatting about art supplies.  Generally I spend $15-$25 when going here. Might seem a little expensive but I go there for specialist art supplies. So being a bit pricier is to be expected. But  recommended if you are an arty farty type like me! ;.  Free tip: Any Kmart is a good option if looking for cheaper materials or when just starting out. They have a good supply e.g. watercolour paper, paint, calligraphy pens, basic paint brush packs, scrapbooking supplies etc.

I recently started to learn how to paint. The workers at Jackson’s where beyond helpful with helping me pick the best paint and what mediums to use. They went beyond normal service and spent time explaining techniques I never knew and where so full of knowledge. They also recommended some art classes and exhibitions to check out in my local area. The store has a wonderful vibe and I highly recommend this store not only for the great customer service but also for their knowledge on products. Can’t wait to try out my new paints!

I will definitely be looking for somewhere else to buy supplies from, I wish there were more places to get ink from than Jackson's Art. The returns policy is a joke, even when you're willing to compromise they are such sticklers for the rules and don't care about how much their disregard can impact you financially.

Great range of art supplies. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great to see local art displayed around the store too. I shall definitely go there again

Jacksons Drawing Supplies are the main Supplies of art materials in Western Australia this shop also known as RT graphics was setup to compete with a previous art supplying shop called the creative hot shop which was eventually put out of business  The location is specifically 2 service Perth Technical College which is nearby. They have a wide range of arts materials and their prices used to be less than other Jacksons stores but I am not sure if this is still the case

The young guy is enthusiastic, engaging and helpful. Very easy to get lost in conversation about random things with the comfortable vibe, and just as easy to buy what you need with their huge range.
