Myself and my son went to the Rundle Street store this morning to buy a burgundy tuxedo jacket for his year 12 formal.  I can't remember the shop assistant's name but he was sooooo nice and extremely helpfull.  Great service and we were made to feel very welcome.  We will most certainly be back.  Fantastic people representing your brand.

My husband shopped here and said the sales assistant was lovely and helpful yet also gave him his own space and time to do his own thing. Followed up with him efficiently and knew which items were further reduced from the marked price. He was very happy with his purchase and will definitely shop at Jack London again in NSW where we’re from.

Such a shame that the service in this store is at the complete opposite end of the spectrum when compared to their products.  Every time I walk in wearing jeans/shirt, I get filthy looks and no service. Every time I walk in suited up, I get service albeit after I initiate conversation  Happy to continue walking past to browse the wares then buying onine. Worst service of any walk-in clothing store I've purchased from.  The only reason this place gets one star is because I can't leave anything less

Walked in. After the employee was done with another person. Asked if I wanted to start a room and if I needed help. Kept in touched and chatted me up. Same service I've gotten in their other stores.
