Jacinta is an excellent PT. When I started all I was really looking for was to be held accountable to someone for my fat loss goals. Not only had Jacinta done this she has made training enjoyable and also given me great advice in terms of diet. By no means am I on a diet but we do talk about food choices and alternatives when I ate something I maybe shouldn't have! Currently down over 4% bodyfat in 8 weeks, and still going!
