Traveeled all the way from Adelaide to visit their store. Staff were helpful and prices were kept to be sold. Good to see a touch of Pakistan in Australia.
Very well managed store with quality traditional outfits. The staff is very cooperative and responsive. A must go place if you are after some desi Pakistani outfits for all ages.
It's a good Store - well organised display and decent prices. They need to stock up packed clothes instead of selling the ones on display. Overall, a good experience.
Probably one of the best store for traditional clothes. Only click and collect available in lockdown period :/ it sucks Staff is nice and cooperative.
How much does a smile and greet cost ! Any time you visit the store .. you do $50 or $350 shopping … customer service is 0 and none of the person bother to greet or say hello or Salam .. sales person on the counter dump all of the shopping in one bag without even asking need a separate bag or tidy them up . Bought 7 suits but feel like should have return them after the attitude he showed … very disappointed!
We visited store during Sale period and had a very good experience. Staff was very helpful in every possible way. There was reasonable stock available despite the last day of sale. I saw some reviews saying non attentive staff and out of stock for many items. This could have been true for peak seasons just before Eids but that's the case with any clothing store when it's busy. Only thing that can be improved is the number of trial rooms which were crowded and had to wait some time.
If you're looking for traditional Pakistani clothes, this is the best store. The staff especially Maryum went above and beyond to help me get the right sizes and designs. The customer service by her was exceptional and exactly what a customer wants. Definitely going to come back and bring my friends and family here too. Thank you Maryum for the help.
They have a wide variety of men's, women's, teens and kids clothes. However some outfits had buttons missing or were stained. They do not give discount on damaged items.
Products were good but customer service needs to be improved.
Got chance for the first time to visit J. and the experience was not bad with the customer service and the collection. But feel embarrassed from some customers specially apny Pakistani some youngsters. I was looking for my Eid kurta while I’ve heard the sentence from the customer that باتیں کروڑوں کی اور دوکان پکوڑوں کی aby agar tujy koi chez nahi pasand ai tu go to somewhere else instead ky shope ky andar hi start ho jay or wo b loudly. At the end ky thori si maturity ly kar aou or kisi ki respect hoti ha. Hope you’ll get it. And this comment is not for every single customer only for those who got it. May Allah bless you
