WARNING TO FELLOW BUSINESSES! Do not be tempted by the cheap prices - this is a terrible business to deal with. Placed an order 3 weeks ago & have been constantly sending email enquiries as to it's location - literally received an email today advising it's been posted but half of them are missing & a refund will be processed soon. There is no phone number to contact someone - this is a very unsafe website to order from! Read the other reviews!!! AVOID & DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY!

FRAUDULENT SELLER Do NOT buy from this company. I ordered a doona cover over 6 weeks ago. I live in Sydney and it is supposed to come from VIC. I still don't have it. The seller has my money though. When I chased it up with the seller he provided me with a tracking number for a courier stating it was on its way to me. That was 2 weeks ago and the tracking ID is invalid. I am trying to get my money back but the seller has gone quiet.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS! ! ! I purchased my product 4 weeks ago and still have not received it. After numerous emails with 'Max' I have come to the conclusion that I probably won't recieve it. I was asked to provide proof of purchase even though I followed the links on their website to finalise the sale. I provided them with a bank statement and was advised my product would arrive end of last week. Max is refusing to reply to my emails which has forced me to contact consumer affairs today.

This is a shocker of a business. I should have suspected as much when I noticed that they don't publish a phone number. I paid for a stroller because I was going to be caring for my 8 month old granddaughter for a few weeks. Ordered the stroller a month before I needed it. I inquired about delivery after 10 days and received a very curt message stating: "As per our terms and conditions, the normal lead time to dispatch an order is about 3 to 21 working days which is clearly shown on our site." This stroller has to come approximately 30km from their warehouse to my home. I could have walked there and back several times over in the month that it has taken. Am contacting PayPal to commence action. At the very least PayPal should cancel their account! Wish I could give no stars at all

I ordered a dressing table on this site for my daughters 7th Birthday and despite ordering in plenty of time this item has never arrived. I have chased this up on several occasions and been assured that that this item has been dispatched. I would not order on this site again and would recommend you take extreme care. It is now well past the guaranteed delivery date and we find our self in the situation that we have no product, have been unable to secure a refund and have no number to contact to chase this up. All in all a very poor service, my advice do not risk it.
