Warm and friendly environment and excellent work. 
I definitely cannot recommend Ivory Charlotte enough. I am a very tough to please person when it comes to my hair,  however I could not be happier with my colouring from Rhianna at Ivory Charlotte, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair again. :)
