Best bike store in Melbourne. They are expert, accommodating, affordable, and have a superb range of bikes and parts. Their customer service is also wonderful. I've moved away now, but still travel to come here rather than use more local bike places.

It has been many years since we shopped here. They were very busy but we still got the same great service. Ashley took the time to talk through bikes and bags to find exactly what we needed. My partner is looking forward to picking up their new bike and now I'm considering getting one too.

First time visiting this store after moving near the area - the shop itself is huge but the guys in the workshop are  a bunch of gentlemen.
