All staff were exceptionally helpful and took the time to service my bike promptly. Professional workmanship, great work shop and genuine staff who know their field well! Word of mouth definitely at play here as I was recommended to come here by my daughter who had heard great things from her hairdresser and couldn’t agree more. One of the best recommendations I’ve ever received and would not hesitate to recommend myself. Will be back!!

Ivanhoe Cycles workshop were great - I'd searched for days online for a replacement derailleur hanger without success and my old one was feeling pretty soft when I was straightening it. I gave photos of my old one and had a brand new replacement in a minute or two. Who knew a Fondriest FZ4 shares a hanger with the Smart City E-motion??!?!

I came in to look for a suitable bike for myself & I discussed with Craig, the sales assistant, that I wasn't looking to buy just yet but in a few months' time. He was very understanding & went above & beyond to educate me as I really don't know much about bikes. After deciding on the style of bike that would suit me best I would definitely be coming back to Ivanhoe Bicycles to purchase. I went to another local bike shop & after I told them I'll be buying in a few months the sales assistant didn't want to know me. Shout out to the management on Ivanhoe Bicycles for training their staff so efficiently.

We had in mind a particular bike and brand for our 9yo son. The staff member who assisted us advised us to get the next size up as our son would soon outgrow it. This was good advice! He also arranged for a different set of wheels to be put on at our request. This was done quickly while we waited. The general "vibe" of all the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Ivanhoe Cycles. AAA+

It's been years since I owned a bike so was a little unsure of where to start. I drove down to Ivanhoe Cycles to see what they had for me as I am very tall. Sajit straight away narrowed the bike selection down for me and showed me the bikes across all price ranges. He was very knowledgeable and helped me select the right bike for my height. After paying for the bike, I picked it up two days later where I was helped by Rocky in selecting all my accessories. When riding the bike home, the bike felt smooth and easy. I am very happy with my choice. I had such an awesome experience at this store. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Thanks for the 20% sale too!

Credit to guys working at service. Got looked after, honest advice given, keeping it brief, you can trust these guys which is what you want with salesmen, also took care of a minor service on the spot which meant I got to get out on the bike on this fine day. I appreciate the advice and service, I think I made the right decision, thank you! Definitely check them out for a new bike and good prices. I’m a member at 99 bikes, but IC has a larger range and Better prices, so this will be a staple bike shop I consider for future purchases and service depending on price.

I came in yesterday with my partner to buy our daughter a bike and I experienced the best service I have ever had. Craig was very helpful and spoke to myself with respect and we even had a laugh. It made my purchase very easy. It was my first time in this store and I will be back again. Highly recommended.

Great attention to detail! Bought my bike in because of a few niggling issues and they addressed them all with no complaints. after watching me ride and hearing the issue the mechanic was able to tell me the issue on the spot! Awesome stuff. They even explained the mechanical issues to me and helped me learn. Great staff on hand, they clearly care about customer satisfaction. 10/10

Purchased a Giant Cross City bike this morning. Michelle was incredibly helpful and customer service 100%. The modifications were seamlessly done by Pez from the workshop very quickly such that I could get to my next appointment on time. A pleasurable shopping experience made fantastic because of your amazingly staff.
