Tina does a great job and is lovely lady.. I drive to Capalaba from Hollamd Park just to have my tax done by her.. I hope ITP knows what an asset they have and her pay reflects that.. Tina genuinely cares about you and does everything in her power for the best possible result.. For the last 5 years I’ve walked out a happy customer.. And will see her again next year Thanks Tina
I am very angry and disappointed with recent dealings with Tina. Bills for my company were sent to her office by ASIC and she did not forward them on to me. I am now in debt for late fees because I never received the bills. She will not return phone calls, she will not answer emails. I've found her work ethics to be unprofessional and as a result my health has suffered. I am now not only left in debt but I am dealing with ASIC and the taxation department because she didn't do her job.
I have been going to ITP Capalaba for a number of years now and will continue. Not only are they professional at what they do but their friendly approach is a nice warm welcoming. Keep up the great work guys.
