I had a horrible experience dealing with this ITP branch. Denis declared donations I didn't make & lots of other deductions till he got to a targeted amount. I had 3 years of tax returns & was expecting thousands back. I had a Centrelink debt which I showed Dennis but he failed to tell me the new policy of tax returns being garnished if a payment plan wasn't in effect. All my tax return was taken by centrelink which I was counting on. Dennis wouldn't answer his phone, or contact me to help me as I had 17 days to dispute it & I didn't understand why my return was taking so long. I rang tax department & Denis at ITP had all my tax mail sent to a p.o box I knew nothing about so I didn't receive any of the notices the tax dept were going to keep my money. By the time I rang them a month after Denis handed my taxes it was too late.. He then gave my details to a debt collection company to direct debit his fee of $950 from my bank account. This overdrew my acct & I also got $300 in bank dishonour fees  & my credit rating ruined for not paying bills that were not able to be  direct debited as his fee had taken all my funds.  Dealing with ITP Bentleigh has been an absolute nightmare & I still haven't had any sort of customer service or apology for all of this from them.  DO NOT TRUST THIS ITP OFFICE..
