When I arrived at this place Wednesday 3rd of April, 2019- 3.50pm the lady attending was with a customer, when it was my turn to see her, she seem not to be intetested and made me feel uncomfortable, like if I'm interrupting her work. I asked for a price for my fisrt tax return and she randomly made up a figure just to get rid of me. Bad experience at this place, I don't recommend it and I won't be coming back. Not existence of customer service at all!

Be careful!!!!! Got my tax done with les, he was great, super friendly and helpful, but was shocked that the fee was $200!!! He never gave a price on consultation, then promised my return in 6-7 days. 16 days later I finally get my return less $200!!!!!!!! Lesson learnt

Extremely rude service from the lady who did my tax. They have upped their prices crazily. $142 for a tax return with horrible service! Go elsewhere!!

Have had nicer, more polite tax experiences. Wish I had read the previous reviews.
