Food was good. However, the dining experience was disappointing . I order soft shell crab rolls through Uber Eat many times from Itoshii and that was how I know about this restaurant. At Thursday night, after shopping we came to Itoshii. I asked a front staff if I could order a soft shell crab roll for dinning in instead of sushi train. The front staff went in to talk to someone then got back to me and told me it is ok. Then we sat at the bar, but the sushi maker looked upset and started to complain to her workmate in Japanese which I understand a little. Then she told me with her pretty upset voice that they usually only sell this special rolls on Fridays and Saturdays but not on Thursdays. But the whole time she kept showing she is not very happy with us. So, we finished the sushi rolls quickly and left. We paid $43 for 2 sushi rolls with a bottle of Coke and an unpleasant environment. I asked the front staff if I could make this order before we walked in for dinner. If they could say no to us, and we would have gone somewhere better but not had this ruining dinner.
Sushi here taste good despite being abit pricy for my wallet. Waitress are top notch with manners and quickness whenever requested.
Really tasty chicken udon noodle soup! Not a bad selection of sushi on the sushi train. All you can eat on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. Plenty of parking. Close to Public transport. Nice atmosphere.

My wife got some takeaway from this place. She ordered Teriyaki Fish Set and a Beef Katsu Don Both tasted pretty good. She has also bought Teriyaki Beef Sets for me from this place. Cheap. Does the job
we came few minutes before they closed. Waitress was kindly and politely informed us and yet, she served us without rushing us out. kid friendly too.
When i went with my mum to this place shes absolutely loves the smoked unagi and I love the tempura udon even beef whenever I go out to Morley I always eat here good place
One of my favourite sushi trains. Some days are better than others as far as choice goes, but on most, the variety, taste and price are all great.
Good quality sushi train and bento meals for the money, and friendly staff who definitely know what they're doing. Better than some CBD restaurants even!
We went for early lunch and some sushi variety were still work in progress. The overall quality was below average for normal sushi train standard. The sushi was bland, dont really taste like japanese sushi rice. The ingredients put together in the sushi were just not appetizing in taste and presentation. A disappointing dining experience in both food quality and wait staff service.
