The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, ensuring our loved ones are well-fed, comfortable, and engaged.nnThe management team is clearly dedicated to the well-being of their residents, fostering a warm and supportive environment. We are grateful for the peace of mind knowing our parents are in such capable hands.
My partners Pop spent his final years here and we are grateful for the care given by the team here. They cared, which is what matters the most.
My father has been a resident of the Italian Village for over 18 months. I have found the staff to be caring, compassionate and extremely supportive towards the needs of my father. It is a very clean, modern and well presented environment. The Village also provides suitable entertainment for the residents. I would like to thank each staff member for being so supportive to me and my family over these difficult years.
