I made tiramisu today with the worst version of sponge fingers I have ever seen in my life- they are in fact more like the coffee/milk biscuits for dunking but you are selling them as Sarvoiardi.nPerhaps before changing the product completely think about not changing what ain’t broken …. Will never buy this product again …. Also consider sacking whoever suggested changing the product in the first instance.

I bought the ital savioardi biscuits. What happened to a perfect product that has been turned into rubbish. What was i eating.I had one before throwing the whole packet out. Return to original recipe or im sure no one will buy them after one try. Tasted stale and wrong.

Thought I would try local rather than imported Savoiardi to make Tiramisu.  Big mistake!  These biscuits are not spongey at all. They are meant to specifically soak.nSo wrong to even have a pic of Tiramisu on the packet. Sorry but really bad.

The savoiardi biscuits are terrible, I don’t know whether you’ve changed the recipe but I cannot use your biscuits for tiramisu anymore because they do not soak up coffee no matter how long you dunk them they do not soften at all. I now use a different savoiardi. I don’t understand why you would try and fix something that isn’t broke..

I always shop at Ital, they have great specials all year. All the products are fresh and have use by dates. They even sell bread. I don't buy biscuits from the supermarkets too expensive, I go to Ital it's worth the drive : The Panetone are the best. I always have to go back because I eat them before Christmas too yummy to wait.
