Lovely brunch over at Terrigal this morning at Island Time Espresso Bar with my mum and daughter. Mum ordered the Big Kahuna, as you can see; pictures don’t do justice, you need to order and have it for yourself. My little one had a waffle from the Kid’s Breakfast menu and i had the most amazing açai bowl with fresh seasonal fruit. Now, this isn’t the first time i’ve been here, i visited last year aswell with my mum, we must say that the proportions of what we ordered, have gotten bigger in size. Definitely not complaining about that. Keep being amazing and serving great food.
Service was good despite the fact that it was busy. We got the Salmon Poké bowl and Hawaiian Burger. Both was so good Sushi Salmon Poké bowl had fresh juicy sashimi, and lots of fresh veggies and breakfast Bloody Mary
This review is based purely on coffee and not food. The latte I ordered was not made with love, there was hardly any roasted bean taste it was rather milky, Or they made a large with a single espresso shot which normally should be a double shot. The wait time for takeaway was also very slow and I could not imagine how slow it would be to dine in. The cafe itself looks quite inviting with seating inside almost as if your sitting on a deck overlooking the beach and outdoor pavement alfresco seamlessly flowing in and out. Unfortunately it’s one of those cafes that may serve nice food but definitely not coffee.
Very average breakfast maybe just not my thing though overpriced 2 bowls of muesli shake and side $70 would be satisfied of it tasted good. The wait staff were good and polite only rated down because of the food expected better quality the acaci was like an ice cubes and muesli had hardly any fruit.

Extremely disappointed in my entire experience here. The customer service was non-existent from the moment we walked through the door, additional to the flavourless food that came out. Not to mention every dish came out cold or slightly warm. Will not be back!
Service was pretty bad. Unfriendly greeting and treated like they didn't really care about our business. Worst part was we sat outside under the extendable shelter while we ate our lunch. Towards the end of our meal the staff pulled in the shelter halfway as they were starting to close up. Left our table unsheltered and so my wife, 10month old kid and I basically sitting there in the rain while we finished our meal. Ignorant move. Won't go back.
Pet friendly cafe with amazing coffee, juices and breakfast. Highly recommend. Staff were night, quiet dear in price when you come during a long weekend.
Definitely a pleasant spot for a coffee and a snack, with wonderful Terrigal beach as the backdrop. The staff were attentive to our requests and the coffee was of a good standard.Food: 4/5
